"What's your favorite Pokemon couple Pairing?" ((Pokemon, not Trainers))

"Personally mine would be the Nidoran evolutions. Not only do I just love me some Nidoran, I also noticed these were the first pokemon with gender differences. Before Game Freak even decided to make differences in Pokemon by gender, Nidoran male and female were the same species, but could learn different attacks and looked different depending on their gender.

I couldn't choose between all these: Milotic and Gyarados, Espeon and Umbreon, Darkrai and Cresselia, Leafeon and Glaceon, Girataina and Arceus, Gardevoir and Gallade, and many more... I honestly would choose Milotic and Gyarados, but I would be lying if I said that I like that the best with all others since I know that I support a lot of these pairings with almost equal intensity...

Well, in the movie the Latios and Latias were siblings. But there are plenty of unrelated Latios and Latias.
