How can I contact The American Pokemon Company or Cartoon Network?

How can I contact either one of them? I would like to see if they could make a show based off of my pokemon Fanfic (Pokemon: Fantasy Misanko Kingdom). Or if they could get one of my OCs on the show.

I've tried the Contact Us spot at Cartoonnetwork.com site, but I dont think that worked. So do you guys have any Ideas?
