What about mew, the pokemon who can learn any tm? I asked most of the people I know that play pokemon and they agree with me that a copy is not better than the original and mew can beat the crap out of mewtwo, or her son lol

I still think that it depends on level, experience and possibly trainer (if it's not wild) rather than whether it's rare a legendary or not

Highest base stats is alright but does that mean no other Kanto Pokemon can win over Mewtwo? *just asking

In the show? Mewtwo is created to be the strongest Pokemon in Kanto region! In the whole Kanto region! now Kanto region in the games or in the anime is not different i think! Xo Mewtwo's base stats didn't made clear to you right? And transformation and teleport abilities, not necessary Mewtwo should be able to do what Mew does and what about Mewtwo's shadow ball and aura sphere? and Psystrike? Mewtwo is also able to block a Pokemon's special abilities! It has the ability to speak telepathically, it can also take control of another living being's mind! And what Mew can do with its transformation ability, a low level Ditto can also transform into various Pokemons.

Mew is powerful but not more than Mewtwo.

the games came out before the anime! And they came out a year back and more before the anime! And i think, there's not much difference in the anime or the games for a Pokemon's ability, skills etc. If the games say that Mewtwo is the strongest one (with being having the highest base stats and some amazing abilities) than so does the anime.
