you will need a wailord and a relicanth,you need the HMs surf and dive,start from pacifidlog town and go to the left,!CATION!there are water currents that can push you from the spot you need to dive into,when you get to the spot use dive,then go down until you reach some writing on the wall,(dont bother reading it)sit right in front of the writing and dive back up,NOTE:relicanth first in your party and wailord last. then run strait until you see a wall,stand in front of the wall,then push A.after that,the regi caves will be open.!WARNING!there will be puzzles,go to google or youtube to figuer out the puzzles.for the puzzles you will need HMs strength,fly,and i believe cut.for one of the puzzles you will need to stand in the middle of the writing for 2 i repeat 2 minuts,the rest i do not remember,when you catch them they will be helpful against the pokemon league,you can catch them before the pokemon league,one cave is in the desert the rest i do not remember,good luck to you!
