It's pretty easy you just need people in white forest each person tells you a pokemon they saw.Then can catch the pokemon they saw

You get a random selection of the pokemon available there and if you don't keep talking to the people there, the amount of pokemon lessen daily IIRC. To get more you need access to 2 DS-based consoles and a copy of Pokémon Black and use the wireless system to go into group play, from there you go Black City(same location on the map as White Forrest) and then you ask NPC's(Non-Playable Characters) from there to go to White Forest. This will give more pokemon to White Forrest and maybe some that you didn't have to begin with.

Walk around it and theyll come to you
