OK, since I have beaten the Elite 4 plenty of times, so listen to me on this one:
~ First of all, you need to train your Infernape and Staraptor some more, if you ever want a chance at beating Aaron. Aaron is pretty easy if you have a level 50 of higher fire OR flying Pokemon.
~ Than, you need to train your Empoleon some more if you ever want a chance at beating Bertha. If your Roserade knows some really good grass moves, (And you Machamp knows some great fighting moves) don't hesitate to put either of those three out there. Her Pokemon are pretty simple, but the most annoying would be her Rhyperior. Use your strongest fighting, water or grass moves to take him down.
~ For Flint, I suggest you train your Empoleon. (If you train it to level 50 or higher, beat Birtha and have potions to heal it up, you should get past him pretty easily) It wouldn't hurt to use your Machamp either. (If it knew some ground moves)
~ Lucian is pretty annoying if you don't have a Pokemon who knows some good Dark moves or Ghost moves. So, I recommend that you use your Mesprit (Or evolve it) to get some damage done with ghost or dark moves. If your Roserade knows some bug moves, you can throw that one out too.
~ The last, Cynthia (Champion) has to be the hardest and most annoying of all the elites. She starts off with a Speartomb and you should use a Pokemon that knows any strong fire, water moves. (To, take that one down easily if your Pokemon is higher than it.) I suggest, that you get a good electric Pokemon to take down her Milotic. Because, if you use Roserade to kill it, her Milotic could kill you with ice beam. Her Garchamp, I suggest you find a good Dragon Pokemon (Giratina would go well) or a good Ice Pokemon. (Glaceon or Froslass) to take this Pokemon down. Her Lucario is pretty easy with Staraptor using "Close Combat". Her Togekiss, you can either use a good electric Pokemon, or ice Pokemon. Roserade you can take down easily with Staraptor or a higher Infernape.
