avoid using prinplup if you can. If you must use it though, the peck move and plenty of potions should help. Starly evolves at level 18 (I think). The newly evolved staravia shouldn't have a problem against Gardenia. If in doubt, Buy plenty of potions. Ponyta, if it knows fire type moves should be used if staravia is beaten, but it shouldnt come to that. Just keep hitting with flying and fire attacks.
Cynthia uses strong pokemon and your team is pretty weak. You shuld evolve STarly into a Staravia. Cynthia uses ground pokemons for garchomp use ice or dark type and for Gastrodon use grass type.
