I cant defeat the elite four in pokemon firered please help me.

my pokemon are blastoise,golduck,arbok,fearow,arcanine,and vileplume.

From what I can see though, you have two water types, wich make 3 pokemon weak to electric type moves, 2 are weak to ground, and 2 are weak to psychic. its been a while since my last play through, so im not sure if this makes the elite four more challenging or not.

Untill you post levels and movesets, the best i can think of is more leveling and plenty of full restores/revives/full heals

Paras has tiny mushrooms, and parasect has Big mushrooms. There is a random probability of a wild one holding the item when you catch it. You can also find some in mt. moon. And I did look at the hiding comments, But they only tell me your blastoises moveset, not your other pokemons. lol
