Migration problems need help Please

Okay my problem is when I try to migrate from my GBA games (Ruby and Emerald) the data corrupts and in all 4 of my other games I've got the requirments for pal park but to my horror the migration option isn't on the menu at all!
In Diamond,Pearl,Platinum and Soulsilver I've got all of my requirments so please someone tell me where I'm going wrong.I have not ever used action replay or gameshark on any of the 6 games.I even tried with both my nintendo ds' and none of the 2 have the option on them which worries me and all games do work properly except the corrupting part on Emerald and Ruby.Please please help
