How do you get Team Rocket out of Saffron city in Leaf Green?

well i beat pokemon leaf green. it takes some steps though. ok first of all you have to go into silph co. but u have to get like those silph glasses in cinnabar island. then u go to saffrom city and go to the silph co. u can get instructions from youtube to get through the silp building event hough its easy. u have to battle a lot of rocket grunts though. once u beat that then at the end u have to battle ur rival and u have to battle giovanni. then u have to go back to giovanni's gym and battle him and when u go back to saffrom team rocket will be gone. hope this helped.
