Pokemon nicknames

Could anyone of you tell me which of the Pokedex-Holder gave their Pokemon a nickname and what they are called.
For example I now that Ruby named his Mudkip Zuzu
What about thw others?

Anyway! XD I remember some of the Pokemon's nicknames.
I remember that Red named his Bulbasaur "Saur" (don't know if I spelt it right...), his Poliwrath "Poli", his Aerodactyl "Aero", his Picachu "Pika". I know the rest of the Pokemon's names but I don't remember... Well, Yellow named her Raticate "Ratty", her Pikachu "Chuchu", her Dodrio "Doddy" and that ... is all I can remember o.o Well, I hope I helped ^^

I have a question. I just wanted to know what you need the nicknames for. lol you don't really have to answer, I'm just being the same old curious me X3 Oh, and glad I helped :D
