The Things Hidden

Words are left inside our heads
Words are locked inside our hearts
Words that we can't seem to pour out

Our breaths are shaky with every word we speak
Our laughs and smiles are nothing but fake
Our words we keep inside just want to be heard

Do not be deceived by our little lies
Do not believe when we say we're "Fine"
Do not ignore the words that are just hidden in our eyes

Words so simple yet they mean so much
Our words are just hidden away with locks and chains
