John doesn't want to leave Pocahontas, even though he's hurt.

Pocahontas has been given the option to go with him, but she refuses. If I were her, I would go with him to England. We can go back to America when he's healed.

I think they both love each other the same but Pocahontas is a bit more non-given-yourself-to-your-lover type because you must sacrifise yourself for other important things such as peace.John gives everything and waits for nothing. They love in a different way. I don't blame Pocahontas for not following him becauce I am kinda of Pocahontas way to love. But having to chose between them,I chose John for the reason above.

PS. Pocahontas should have support him though. He needed her yet she wasn't here. Agree with LightningRed she could have gone with him then return to Virginia.

I agree with LightningRed. If I were Pocahontas, I would have gone with him to England as well to show that love always wins in the end.
