can you make up your own cap or does the club do that ?

My guess is that one of the admin's of Fanpop made it and they probably made this club as well, and wanted to get more fans for it, so they made a Pitch Perfect cap for it...

Kinda makes me want to be an admin so I can make my own cap for Homin in the TVXQ club I made *sigh* It would be the most awesomest cap in the universe and it would get more fans for TVXQ...;~;

Or maybe Fanpop makes it. I don't see how a club can makes it own cap. If so, all clubs will be having caps.
