Sao Feng why not but haven't seen enough.
Barbossa might deserve a chance : he did a decent job in AWE, but he managed to get his all crew cursed one his first quest.
Davy Jones was kinda evil so who know what the crew would have done if they were actually capable to leave the ship or mutinate.
Will is a joke. He know nothing about sailing in the first and end up captain of the Dutchman. He might have been a good captain one day, but right know he only has a limited experience as pirate so...no
Thinking of it, it quiet lucky he is captain of the Dutchman : no matter if he is bad he is he can't do any damage (his crew is allready dead). Perfect ship to learn.
Elizabeth doesn't have enough experience at see either.
And I would love to see Teague ordering around his crew.
