What level are your pokemon? If you want to beat the Nimbasa gym leader with the current pokemon you have
you can level them up, teach them strong moves. Timber should learn rock slide at level 31. You can use that if you could get that high to beat Emolga since it's a flying type. But be careful Timber is a fighting type. Flying type may beat your Timber. You can't let that happen. Your Pignite can learn Rollout at level 23. The move only has power strength only 30. :( I guess you could give that a try if you want. For Zebstrika if you have a dig TM you can beat it by teaching your Lillipup, Timber, and Minnccino. Or instead of using the super effective type moves you can try beat the pokemon with high powered moves you can teach for now. Ex: Retaliate, Hammer Arm, Hyper Voice. Hope this works! :)
