its really slow & annoying

printers just generally hate me anyway, they never work when i need then and always make noises at me.
once we need a new ink cartrage(sp?) and i tried to get it out and it just refused to move and then i asked my friend emma to do it and it came straight out for her...claire was pissed off and emma was crying with laughter! ♥
