Is this Peter Pan or just the wind?

Lately, I have been keeping my window open to let in the fresh air in the evenings. Every time I get lost in thought after talking to Peter, (my curtains closed except open a little bit where the window is opened) the wind (or something) blows and makes my curtains fly torward me. It could be either the wind or Peter, but I want t make sure. Also my window is open but I have a screen cause I don't want bugs in my room, can he still come in?
