belief

I've been loosing belief lately (past few months) and I don't want to, I'm almost 14 and its making me hella sad since I've been on here since I was 11 and I thought something will have happened by now :( how do I gain my belief again? Also if anyone gets visits from Peter or anything can they tell him that Jess still believes and would love a visit please :)
