Where online can I watch Persona 4 the Animation in English Dub? And I mean the Animation not the Golden Animation.

Ok I was watching Persona 4 the Animation in English dub and I got to Episode 10 where Shadow Yukiko appeared in her braw and Underwear I turned off my Windows phone and fell asleep cause I stayed up to watch Persona 4 the Animation. And sadly I did not watch Persona the next day a week later crappy YouTube took down somebody's Persona 4 the Animation English Dub episodes and left only 19-26 Episodes. I don't get why if nobody is copyright © any Anime Episodes that YouTube has to be a butthead and take down English Dub Anime Episodes. That annoys me so much. So can anyone tell me where I can go to watch Persona 4 the Animation in English Dub. And where I can download the Episodes to YouTube English dub so I can put up a Disclaimer warning for the Episodes so they don't get taken down. I need links and website names. Thank you all for your help in Advance. By the way I used the pictures from Google Images to make my Chie Satonaka and Yukiko Amagi similarities picture from Cosplay to Anime.
