Perrie, born in South Shields on 10 July 1993, is the youngest of the Little Mix girls.
She originally auditioned in the eighth series of The X Factor in Glasgow, covering Alanis Morissette’s You Oughta Know, which split the judging panel in half. With Kelly Rowland and Gary Barlow loving her rendition, while Tulisa Contostavlos and Louis Walsh were on the fence. As is already known she was successful and went on to join the Little Mix line up.
Both of Perrie’s parents are singers, and her dad's in an unsigned band called Alexander’s Palace.
She hasn't always had a burning desire to sing herself to stardom and before entering The X Factor was actually planning to begin a performing arts degree.
Pez is currently in a relationship with One Direction's Zayn Malik, and has been since 2011 when they met when 1D performed on The X Factor.
