The team has a disagreement over the last mission, and the disagreement eventually becomes a fight, then full-out war. After a while, they decide to call a truce, but refuse to apologize, causing them to break up. Unfortunately, Blowhole easily kidnaps them, as they aren't working as a team anymore and therefore vulnerable. They each try to break out on their own, but fail. Will they make up? Or will they be vanquished once and for all? And how did Blowhole regain his memory anyway?

Summer School

Skipper deicdes the team need more training, so over the summer, he takes them out into the wilderness, to test their instincs, and skills at the forest. The team get sepperated, and they mst find each other, using thier skills, and some new-found ones.

Once Upon a Dream...

Skipper and his team take turns, reading a bedtime story to Eggy and his siblings at the request of Mother Duck, but things don't go so well when they refuse to go to bed, so the penguins devise a plan to make them sleep.

Can't cry hard enough

Tragedy has struck the zoo in the form of a deadly animal desise with no known cure. Several zoosters are lost during the plague, including Roy, Bada, and Skipper. The team are crushed, and mourn their loss for many weeks. This terrible thing has struck the hearts of many, but one unexpected animal seems to be taking Skipper's death harder than anyone else...

No Time Lost

(Oh my goodness, that's sad!)

Kowalski finally invent the time machine again. Skipper let Kowalksi to use it. But when they used it, they found their different versions at different dimensions (Private is leader, they are a rock star, they are not a soldier etc.) And they find that they are super villain and kill everyone. The evil penguins captured them and goes the their dimension. They must stop the villians.

A night with Knight

The zoo animals are planning to reenact the Arthurian Legend of Excalibur and skipper is chosen as the night, but things get complicated when Julien also wants to be a knight, so before the play starts, a chivalry duel between Skipper and Julien is held, and the winner gets the role.

After what happened last time, Skipper decides it's best for his team not to go to game night. The other three penguins are very dissappointed, but don't wanna disobey Skipper, so, despite the great urge, and the tempting screams of laughter, they stay at HQ, doing maintenance.

Lost Innocence

Someone has taken one of Skipper's mission logs and Private is instantly blamed. Private tries to find his innocence but everytime he finds evidence the penguins don't ever believe him. Finally, It was found that Julien took it because he wanted something "interesting" to do

Operation: Theme Park Craze

A traveling theme park decides to set up thier rides in Central Park. King Julien wants to ride the roller costar, but everybody holds him back. That night, Juilien sneeks out and goes on it. He falls off at the top and can't get down. Can the penguins and other lemurs save him before it's to late?

The Return of Manfridi and Johnson

Manfredi and Johnson return to the zoo, and Private, Kowalski and Rico get mad with Skipper for making them believe all the stupid tales about their death and they just talk with Manfredi and Johnson. Little do they know that they are robot versions of Manfredi and Johnson, and the real two have been held captive by Dr Blowhole for 5 years. Robo M+J capture Kowalski, Rico and Private and take them to Blowhole who plans to torture them with real M+J, but Skipper comes and saves the day. The others forgive him and real M+J decide to live at the Bronx Zoo. (Mentioned in Return of the Revenge of Doctor Blowhole)

Flying Without Wings.

A new arrival at the zoo stirs up attention. She is a beautiful halk. When she offers to take Private flying, he accepts. Soon, they are doing it every day. Then one day the halk accidently drops Private, and he breaks his back. He stays in the zoo hospital for weeks, and when it is time to go back, he strongly refuses.

Skipper is finally convinced the team should know about Denmark. He also explais why he went there in the first place. The shocking truth is let out, and not everyone on the team appreciate it.

A baby penguin is accidentally dropped off Central Park Zoo instead of being released back into the wild in Antarctica, while wandering off, he accidentally bumps into Private and asks him to bring him back home. Private agrees, but not before devising plan of not letting Skipper, Kowalski and Rico know he's going in a mission. After that's out of the way, two set out on a journey back into Antarctica and along the way they new friends and crazy adventures.

Closed For Business Forever

Several years of making visitors happy, and now Central Park Zoo is finally closing down. All the animals are packed up, and sent to various otehr zoos, and a aquariums. Skipper is not leaving without a fight, and after some time hiding from the ever-searching zookeepers, he and his team manage to stay at their HQ for the rest of their lives. Looking back on all thier adventures, Skipper knows life will never be the same, and that, even though the troupe of penugins are sticking together, there will always be an empty space in every heart of the animals, mammal, or bird, that misses the old life of the Central Park Zoo...

The Darkest of Days

The penguins get an urgent letter stating that one of their own died in a mission a week ago, so now all of them are deepest state, not being able process their emotions, well until Julien arrives and notices that the penguins are sad, so now he wants to find a way to make them laugh including his use of corny jokes in the past.

Maurice gets tired of having to do everything Julien says so he starts pretending that he's really sick, so Julien forces the penguins to help instead. (If the didn't he'd tell everyone what happened to Skipper in Denmark and Julien knows because Blowhole told him when he was a double agent in Dr Blowhole's revenge. X3) The penguins get extremely angry with this so they get Maurice to accidentally prove that he's not sick.

Unbreakable

Skipper's the toughest of the tough, and nothing ever seems to make him upset, or at least show his emotions. Private looks back, and recalls the only he's ever really done that, was when he and Mort were tarpped in the vending machine overnight. He realised his leader is more than just a work-loving, hard training, paranoid penguin; he was a leader who cared for his team, and only stayed unbreakable, and strong, so the team could never fall apart.

Managing the Issues

Everyday the penguins are bothered by different complaints from the zoosters, whether it would be arguments against neighbors, lack of food from Alice or the drainage pipes clogged again, it was too much, there was too much chaos even for the penguins. So that night they decided to gather the whole zoo and tell them if that they have any complaints, they would have to write in down one by one in the complaint list, and the penguins will go fix any problem in order that they are listed, no matter how terrible it is.

Stealth Mode

Skipper asigns each of his team mates special missions for training. But they don't know that! All they know is that they could be getting into grave danger, and being all alone, each one must use thier skills and instincs to find Skipper, at point X. (X meaning, where the hedge is it? XD)

Huggies and Kisses? (Mort episode)

Mort is in the mood for hugs and kisses today, unfortunately no one wants to give him a hug because they're all to busy, especially Julien who tries to avoid him because he creeps him out even more than the foot obsession. So Mort spends the whole day trying to find someone who will give him a hug, and he receives a hug from an unexpected source.

Feisty Canine

Elmer chrages into the zoo one day, urgently looking for the penguins. Somehting terrible has happened, and Skipper is sure it was at the flipper of Blowhole. All the fire hydrenst are gone!

Fingers of Doom

Hans, in desperate need of the penguins help, asks them out for a mission, unfortunately they turn him down due to his past crimes, as he cannot be trusted. So Hans realizes that the only way for the penguins to help him in his dirty work is threaten them, that night Hans sneaks into the habitat and places bombs all over the zoo. The penguins find out that there are bombs in the zoo and the only way they can deactivate it is to help Hans, and hope that he will deactivate the bombs, the penguins are forced to complete his mission for him, whether they like it or not.

Best Friend Forever Lemurs or short for BFF Lemurs (Julien and Maurice episode)

Julian has gotten himself in trouble, again, but this time it's more serious than usual. After the incident, fixed by the penguins, Julian seems to be in a constant state of shock. Worried by his odd behaivous, Maurice comforts him, and listens to the problem. After a while, the two realise they have more in commen than they thought...

That Sweet, Innocent Smile

After an incident that scarred Private for life, the the other three fear that it may change his personality for the worse, forever. And indeed it does, Private has become meaner and more aggressive, and it's not what Skipper wanted for this future. Can they convince Private to stop or will he stay that way forever?

One, little two, little three little penguin

Kowalski takes out his fresherizer ray, (or whatever it's called) and began to fix it up. He took it out to show the penguins, and tests it. The ray happens to hit all three penguins, and now he's got a bunjch of hatchlings to take care of...

Cold Winds

The cold wind has prevented the zoosters from coming out of their habitat and enjoying the outside. Luckily Kowalski has invented a weather manipulator and changed the weather from windy to sunny, but it's not without side effects that cause the weather to change every five minutes, now Kowalski must fix it or risk dooming the planet ripping in half due to the force of the impact of the weather.

A Visit From Auntie Susan

Rico gets the surprise of his life, when his Auntie Susan comes for a visit. Rico now must endure embarresing baby photos, baby talk, and worst of all, NAP TIME! Why, oh WHY couldn't she be an awesome relvetive like Private's Uncle Nigel?

Handy Capped

Recently, Julien has become obsessed with caps. He doesn't care if they are sparkly or dull, girly or boyish, cool or cute, he just wants them all. So when the penguins find a extremely rare, discontinued cap(which has a hand on it), he just has to have it. But the penguins have it under lock down, so when Julien plots to steal it, he's in for a nasty surprise...

Marlene reads a story about Beauty and the Beast, and she wants to know who her prince is. If her life would be anything like the story, her prince would be one of the less likely animals. But who? So when she goes around the zoo, chatting with all the males, she finds out who it is, and she's rather surprised, due to the great differance in personality and intrests they have. And her prince, Skipper, is surprised when he finds these feelings...

Eenie, Meenie, Mieni, Mo

Skipper has made an announcement that each of his men will go off on their most dangerous solo mission ever, so to make the decision of which penguin goes first, he decided to use the Eenie, Meenie, Mieni, Mo as a way to determine the selection. At the end of all it, if they pass they will get a medal, if they fail, they get a slap.

Bake Off Square Off (a Leonard vs. Hans episode)

Hans tries to steal Leonard's home but he fails at first. Then he traps the penguins and Joey in the habitat and tells Leonard that they'll compete in a baking competition for the habitat and if he refuses he'll blow up the penguins and Joey. Leonard wins and Hans gets took into custody by Skipper and shipped to the secret agent HQ. (Where Nigel works)

Warzone

The lemurs have angered the penguins for the last time. The penguins try to get them to shape up, & the lemurs just keep annoying them. The penguins then try to get back at them, & the lemurs & the penguins are into a really big war of outwit.

Pancake Problems

After tasting Private's pancakes, Skipper can't get enough and becomes addicted to pancakes, it initially doesn't cause a problem but soon escalates when Skipper breaks into a store and starts to eat all the pancakes in the box, eventhough it's not even cooked, now Rico, Private and Kowalski must find a way to control Skipper's uncontrollable hungry appetite before it harms him,

The Golden Crown of The Lemur Tribe

A transfer from Madagascar, and the elder lemur of Madagascar comes. He brings with him the Golden Crown of the Lemur Tribe, but the rast steal, so the four leumrs, and four penugins must go and get it back!

Hot Potato!

After the incident last time, Private isn't sure about playing Hot potato anymore, but Skipper still orders them to and it injures one of there own severely. Skipper feels bad and then tries to abolish the world of the hot potato game.

Don't wanna fight no more.

After years without major military action in the world, Skipper panics when World War III is suddenly declared in 2030 and uncharacteristically decides to dodge the draft by fleeing to Canada like a spineless pacifist. But after a visit (and a few well-deserved slaps) from Buck Rockgut's ghost, Skipper joins the fight and becomes the first penguin to be awarded the Medal of Honor.

"When in the Course of Penguin Events"

When Julien was sneaking around the HQ while the penguins are far away on a mission, he uncovers by accident their secret mission files and begins to examine it, reading it and then become fascinated by it. Unfortunately in one those pile is the Skipper's top secret Denmark file, without hesitation he proceeds to read it and discovers what happened to Skipper. It's something that Julien regret to read and scarred him for life. Can keep his mouth shut or risk feeling guilty and confess to everything he saw in the penguins file?

The Best Elvis Impersonator Ever

When King Julien here's an Elvis song he becomes obsessed with his music and starts dressing up like Elvis. When he was singing one of his songs, a talent scout visits the zoo and see's Julien. He then steals Julien, to be a proper impersonator on stage. Julien enjoys it at first but then he misses his kingdom and wants to go home, but the talent scout won't let him. It's up to the penguins to save him before he ships Julien off all over the world.

Gold Forever

A hole in the zoo opens one night leading to a cave full of treasure. All of the animals, minus Private are smitten of the treasure they found and each one of them tries to keep a piece to themselves, it immediately causes a problem when they start stealing gold from each other, leading to a series of chaotic epic proportions of finders keepers game. Now Private, with the help of Eggy, who is immune to the curse of the gold, must find a way to destroy it, before it tears the whole zoo family apart.

Broadway Spotlight Fantasy

Roger can't stand it anymore! He HAS to go to Broadway, and perfrom! There is one problem. Humans won't let alligators on stage. So Private, feeling sorry for his friend, gets the help of everyone in the zoo to set up stage, so Roger can preform.

On in Many

Skipper thought it would be a good idea to play capture the flag again with the lemurs, but this time however, he tries to plan carefully the game so as not to let them win again. So he places the biggest amount of flags in a secret location that only the penguins know, but unbeknownst to him, Julien was sneaking up to them and had already found out what Skipper was planning along. So the advantage is on the lemurs side again, and this time, whoever loses gets to be servants for the day.

Alice on News Night

When Chuck Charles is fired, Alice gets hired in his place, which the penguins are pleased about becuase it frees them for more fun activities. But the replacement is really good and doesn't trust the penguins at all, so they can't do anymore missions. Then they find out that the new zookeeper is Officer X's sister, Zookeeper Y, who has come to seek revenge for her brother. They send a distraction out so Zookeeper Y deals with it as they go to get Alice fired, making her have to come back to her old job.

The Flood

(Wow. I see I'm not the only one who thought of a sibling of Officer X's being named Y. Although, I've thought of a twin brother named Officer Y)

After a rupture in the main water pipe, the penguins' HQ get flooded. Everything is ruined, and while repairs are being made, the penguins need to find somewhere else to stay...

French Poodles and Spanish Guitars Don't Mix

The vicious dog, Mr. Chew, comes to the zoo to exact his revenge on the penguins for putting him in a stocking and leaving him there. The penguins themselves try secure their habitat from Mr. Chew, but somehow the dog outsmarts all their tricks and is able to open the door to the HQ. Now trapped, can the penguins find a way to get themselves out of trouble? In the end, the sound of a spanish guitar that Marlene was playing caused Mr. Chew to fall asleep, saving the penguins from demise. Though they were saved by Marlee out of luck, they're still not convinced that a spanish guitar music saved their lives.
