He does have siblings but the won't say anything about it anywhere. His mother's name is Amanda and his late father's name was William (who is irish). Patrick now has a stepfather named Howard Lovell. But my Q is why did he leave his surname as it is since his mom remarried someone else?. Oh yeah and about the dyslekia thing he said that he never stopped giving up his fulfilled dream to become who he is today.Good man Pat and keep up your thing.

He has a sister called Mary and another one called Katherine I think. I'm defo sure on Mary but not too sure on Katherine. He kept the name because it is on his birth cert and it was his fathers name. Without Bill there would be no Patrick
