The person who made the spot was Kathiria82, but like zivka said in this link she was banned. So I believe we don't exactly have a spot creator, but the motto could get changed through a message to Dave or Papa. You should ask rachaelwsz, I think that's how she got the icon/banner changed. I hope that helped.

Kathiria82 made the Paramore spot but she has been banned for a few years I think. So, there's no way to contact her.

If you want to change the motto, you'll have to contact the Fanpop Four (admin)- Dave, Papa, Cliff or Michael.
