So, I'm participating in the Pagan Blog Project this year, and I wonder if anyone has any objections to me posting some of my topics here?

I like wicca. My dad tried to make me catholic like the rest of our family, but I've always been drawn to wicca. It is a peaceful religon with no beleifs in hell. And it teaches of the law of three that what ever you do it comes back to you which I beleave in. All I know is that I just wanted to be happy and peace full and hug a tree and wicca seems to suit me.

Well religion can be peaceful too. I am not catholic but I WAS born Lutheran. Catholics teach ppl fear, not love. That's probly the vibe u were getting. Fear and unpeacefulness.over a year ago
dance is a beautiful way for one to express themselves. I enjoy a dance known as Tribal bellydance. If you would like to join I did make a spot for this so please take a look and share with your friends. link
Thanks!

Your Path is yours and yours alone so don't loose sight of what you really believe in your heart. When I became interested in Paganism I did a lot of research on the different traditions, (always a good idea) but before you start looking for a religion or tradition you need to know what you truly believe in your heart and then figure out which religion fits that. In other words, don't alter what you really believe just to fit into one tradition. Try researching Eclectic Wicca, you basically follow your own beliefs and pray to any pantheon you want.over a year ago
I was raised, and still live in a place were baptists tried to suffocate people with their belief, but christianity was never for me. The craft gave me that peace I greatly needed, thank the goddess.

whats the craft? and i am slowly drifting away from the christian path, it feels like i am being born again, awakened from something and i feel cold, confused and alone.over a year ago
Well I'm not sure if Wicca is "nonexistent" in the state I live in, but the majority of the people there are Catholic, LDS, and Lutheran.over a year ago
I'm am apart of the religion Ukommen, we beleve in the worlds unhappy truth, Life has no meaning, and that theres no such thing as a happy ending; because we all die. Were symbolized by the purple U, U's mostly.

I used to be Christian but it never felt right to me. Then one day I was staring up at the moon and wished there was religion that focused upon the cycle of the moon and nature. A friend told me about Wicca, and after spending about 3 months researching information I decided it was the right religion for me.

i used to be Christian too, but like you said it didn't quite feel right. i always believed that all Gods and Goddesses were different aspects of the same being, the one true God or Goddess, and that this being was present in everything around us and this just didn't fit in any religion i had researched so far, that's when i found Wicca and realized just how simalar my beliefs were to Wiccan beliefs. i consider myself a solo Wiccan now but i haven't told any of my family or friends.over a year ago
