:( sorry. whenever you save things to your computer you are actually downloading them, it's basically the same i found that out a while ago!

one thing you can do is search for a DVD ripping software, and then save clips from your DVDs onto your computer.

and downloading clips from a tv show or movie is illegal no matter where you do it, unless you pay for them...
