HILARIE BY FAR!! she is SUCH a talented cryer! i think the few moments throughout the series that i have cried... have all been because of Hilarie's acting.

plus considering that you actually have to have TEARS to be considered a cryer... i think that would eliminate Sophia as even an option for me :)

I can't see why some people say her crying is horrible...the only time I've cried because of Hilarie is when Jake left and he said he'd hold her in his arms forever and it still wouldn't have been long enough.

That has nothing to do with anything i think hil can do a lot of things better than sophia and FYI i think Joy is the best actress but i find it physically impossible for anyone to find hilaries crying better than sophias the few times we have seen sophia cry have been 100 times better than the 100 times weve seen hil cry. Hil is a good actress dont get me wrong but crying is one thing she cant do.

There have been times where Sofia and Hilarie's acting weren't that good(for example:Naley wedding:Brucas scene/ Breyton fight season 4(for peyton)..sorry but there have been better Brooke and Peyton crying scenes)...but I gotta go with Sophia. Especially in season 6 she really doesn't have to shed a single tear to get me crying. Hilarie is a good crier but I cry more when it just shows peyton's emotion minus the actual tears. But I got to give props to Hilarie(and Chad) for episode 6.17 cause that was just AMAZING!!!!!

thats great that Sophia is good at bringing emotion into it... but that still doesnt make her a good cryer. in order to cry, you need tears... thats just fact. so yes, i would call Sophia a good emotional actress, but not a good cryer. and clearly Hilarie doesn't need the eye drops... she can bring it all to the table on her own. so to me, that says how great of a cryer she is.

HOWEVER- that was not crying.
That was more anger.
But, that was good acing.

they are all good, but i think joy is very underrated. she isn't given the chance to cry as much, but when she does i always cry, like when nathan went off the bridge, when lucas was in the hospital, when jamie was kidnapped, just pretty much every time. even before i liked her character she could still make me cry.

100% she has the most reasons to cry. she should be good ;)

with all the crying hil has to do, shes not the best at it lol. none of her scenes ever really get to me. she does have those random bursts of ahmazing performances, but i just dont think shes a good crying. shes more expressive when she isnt crying actually. joy could be an ahmazing cryer, but shes underrated and the writers never give her good enough storylines. sophia is is the best at it tho. she's given her fair share of emotional scenes and blows everyone out of the water every time. whoever said she doesnt have tears is clearly blind. lets not play the bias card guys. hils best crying performances were all in s2 IMO. the jake leaving scene and the drug scenes were her best, the only time i ever felt something from her.

Joy's acting is so under appreciated because of the storylines given to her but she's awesome! She cries without effort. Hil is a great actress but not crier. She doesn't have to cry because she has very expressive eyes (as I have said in another pick). Sophia is an awesome actress but it looks like she's having a hard time crying. Idk if it's because she's got way too emotional. lol.

i have never cried when sophia "cries" she never really cries like all out cries, she just gets little tears in her eyes and looks sad and her face gets kinda red, i dont see tears running down her face just all held up in her eyes. joy and hilarie no matter what they are crying about i do too! its just the way they do it!

Being biased is different then people feeling different things. Honestly, people sympathize more with thier favorite character. I choose Sophia because I believe she cries best. People are saying "I don't feel anything when blah blah cries."

i like Hilarie's crying the most!!!i just think that she did better in some scenes than Brooke did in others...and i noticed that people always mention Brooke's crying scene in Naley's wedding!!!thats the sceen where Sophia left a memorable cry...Hilarie for me on the other hand left more memorable cries,like the scholl shooting, when she cries in Brooke's arms, when she "let's go" of Luke with the sacrifice, when she was working and she just broke up with Luke..i know the last one is a little strange but it was a scene where i felt really sorry about her!...anyway...that is just my opinion!!

Deffo Sophia in my opinion -
Naleys wedding was soooo emotional and powerful. I couldn't stop crying once I watched it - she was soo belivable. Another time wat when Brooke gave Luke the 82 letters (3x09 i think) and when she cried the scene all came together and was really emotional. I love sophia shes such a good actress - even when shes not crying lots, just a couple of tears like in 4x01 whe she breaks up with Luke for the last time i had tears pouring down my face lol

Hard pick between Bethany and Sophia as they are the most talented crier, but with hil she dosnt give it as much as brooke and haley do but i went for bethany as she hasn't got as many votes as the other two do have...
