Well in all fairness to the brucas fans that hate Peyton, I think they have more of a reason to hate her. I mean, they wouldn't hate her for no reason.

no cos i have seen LOAD os LP who hate brooke and not all BL hate peyton i do but not all!

people like who they like and dislike who they like, theres no getting around it. its kinda sad (not pathetic sad, but disappointing sad) that some people dont like peyton because i think shes a very worthwhile and deep character with vices and virtues like everyone else. shes made mistakes, and i think shes grown from them over the seasons and matured into a great adult. but of course, thats just my opinion and i in no way would force that on someone else. i know a lot of bl fans dislike her from the obnoxiously played out blp triangle stuff but i think that peyton has a lot of great things about her and if people got past their previous disfavor for her character (from a mistake shes made in the past) and really saw who she was now, they would see what theyve been missing out on.

I agree with Alice a majority of BL fans not all hate Peyton but they have a logical reason for it. I personally do not hate her and also not every Leyton fans like Brooke quite a few hate her it goes both ways but they are allowed to hate her.

I like Brooke but since Brucas fans hate Peyton they make me WANT to hate Brooke but then I remember its not Brooke who acts like that. Brooke is Peyton's best friend and vice versa! If Brooke got over her differences with Peyton then so can Brucas fans.

Also I agree with some of what you all are saying that fans can hate whoever they want but not for the wrong reasons that Brucas fans hate Peyton for.

honestly i don't see what the big deal is, my reasons for not liking brooke have very little if anything to do with leyton at all...her character just annoys me...in the same way that peyton's character annoys others...or why some people hate lucas, or haley or nathan....i don't see the point in this question....and besides no one is gonna change anyone's mind...and it doesn't really matter

lucas is my favorite character and brooke my least favorite...far different opinions than most people around here...but nothing is gonna change it...and honestly if brooke is your favorite character thats fine...i have no problem with it...we all like who we like and dislike who we dislike...not a big deal.

Molly i am with you on the Luke thing he has bugged me sense last season. But with that said i know not all Brucas fans hate Peyton or all Leyton fans don't hate Brooke but they are entitled to it. I Love P. Sawyer but some of the things she has done has annoyed me but it does not make me think any less of her.

Personally idc because i am a leyton fan but i love brooke and brucas just leyton alot more. Everyone is entitled to their own opinions but i still can agree, disagree or just ignore it. but if you say that the brucas fans hate peyton, why is it then so many brucas fans who loves jeyton? cause i don't think it's anyone out there who likes a couple cause of the girl or the boy. you know i don't like naley just cause of haley, but i loved them cause of what they are as a couple. (yes, i love haley too but that's not the whole reason i love naley! :P)

anyway. what i'm trying to say is that not all brucas fans hate peyton. cause why would they love jeyton then? i'm almoust sure that if they didn't like peyton they wouldn't like jeyton either. cause if you love a character of course you want the best boy/girl for that person. so lets say.. if i LOVE jake (as i do) but hate peyton, then i would be really mad if jake and peyton ended up together. i would probably wanted brooke or another girl who i loved to end up with jake, and not the girl i hate. ;)

Not all BL fans hate peyton, i kno alot who dont. And ther are alot of LP fans who hate brooke. But its not a matter of being fair, people just like who they like. I dont hate peyton cuz of BL, even tho it adds to mi list but ther are times i really like her. And well i guess pple hav ther reasons for hating brooke, but i cant come up with any for me to hate her. Its just our personal instincts and opinions, its not a matter of being fair.

Oh well..it is what it is..can't change that.

i'd say that there are some people that specificly hate peyton because of the whole brucas thing...but i think most people that hate peyton hate her cuz of her...but i don't think that being a brucas fan means you automatically hate peyton or that being a leyton fan you automatically hate brooke....i can kinda see why people don't like peyton...i love her...well ok i hated her in season 1 and most of season 2...and she was kind of annoying in season 5 but for the most part i love her....brooke i don't like because her whole personality she just bothers me....you know there are certain types of people that you just don't like, even if there isn't much really not to...brooke's that for me...i just don't like her, she simply annoys me...it's life...but i don't think it has anything to do with being fair or unfair.
