I love Brooke and Peyton more than Haley but they've done bad things to each other whereas Haley has always been a good friend.

All of them! I'd definitely want Brooke the most as my friend because I think she's always been there for everyone she cares about but on the other hand I relate to her a lot so I think that in the end I'd end up being best friends with Haley! Peyton is an epic character and a great friend but I doubt we'd be great as best friends, more like casual friends!
