I really disagree. I ship Leyton all the way but Lindsay as a character was really lovable. I always felt pity for her, all she wanted was Lucas. She had the worst position; she was in a town where everyone was for Lucas and Peyton to get back together and I would have acted the same if I were in her shoes.

As much as I hated Lindsey/Lucas I've got to say Lindsey was one of the best oth characters! She was really lovable as Ade said and I felt bad for her because she did nothing wrong!

Agree & disagree. At first I was ok with her but after she made fun of Peyton almost dying & never apologised, I disliked her.
But she was mature at the end of season 5 & did the right thing and I respected her for that. Didn't hate her but never liked her.

I never hated her, she was really nice, and I don't think she did anything wrong. Her whole purpose was clearly to create angst between Lucas and Peyton, she never had a real chance and wasn't a real threat. I actually felt sorry for her. She was just a girl who fell for the wrong guy and she was the only one who ended up suffering. Also she's the one that basically brought Leyton back together, because if she hadn't realized that Lucas loved Peyton and said no at the wedding, Lucas being the clueless idiot he is, would've married her. I really liked that she wasn't some petty girl determined to have Lucas for herself no matter what, the second she realized he doesn't love her she broke things off, and even encouraged Peyton to read the book and told her that it's clear that Lucas loves her. So in my book even hard core LP fans don't have a real reason to hate her. I understand if someone doesn't like her, or don't care about her, or think that she's boring, but I don't think anyone had a reason to HATE her.

People hate them because she was in the way of their favourite couple...there were worse and more irritating characters in the show and she did nothing wrong (she was emotionally cheated on, instead) <.<

I liked her fine. In fact, I found her much more tolerable than season 5 Peyton, but that's just me.
