I completely agree with you on this one. I loved Julian when he first appeared, he was so hot and mysterious and charming, kinda bad boy, but deep down really good. I loved that. I loved him also in s7, but then they turned him in some geeky, goofy, momma's boy. And I didn't really like his storyline in s9. Turning the Ravens into a show about Brooke and Julian and changing the history was a terrible idea. He could just make a show inspired by Brooke and him, that would be fine, but not use an existing story and change all the most important parts so he can fit there, too. I really didn't like that.
