New mom Hilarie Burton (formerly of One Tree Hill) is breaking her silence -- just a tad -- about the baby boy she and boyfriend Jeffrey Dean Morgan (The Watchmen) secretly welcomed earlier this year.

As first revealed in Us Weekly in May, Burton, 28, began dating Morgan, 44, in 2009, and "their relationship moved pretty quickly," an insider told Us. The actress was not photographed in public between May 6, 2009 and April 20, 2010, when she and Morgan went public with their romance at an L.A. film premiere.

Kate Voegele wants to be friends with her fans.

The pop-rock musician and "One Tree Hill" actress, 22, keeps them up-to-date via the Web. She has a MySpace page (Interscope's MySpace Records released her CD "A Fine Mess," in May) and maintains a blog at katevoegele.com. And on Twitter, she relates to fans more like a person than a product.

One tweet reads: "Annapolis is one of my new favorite cities EVER...had some serious crabcakes and ice cream last night." Voegele performs Friday night at Rash Field with Uncle Kracker and Bel Air native Julienne Irwin, 16, an "America's Got Talent" finalist....

I am a huge fan and like most, I have craved the idea of One Tree Hill's return... And after tossing around a few ideas, re-watching the show, and talking with other fans I figured there are probably only three logical scenarios. Here we go!

1. The show returns and picks up where season 9 left off minus the five-year jump.

2. Since a future season with all of the Tree hill babies being in high school isn't possible, hence their major age differences. The new series would probably have to be centered around (1 to 3) tree hill babies and their life in high school. Preferably I wouldn't mind watching...
