One Tree Hill Fan Of the Month picks revised

i have decided to change things up for the FOTM picks starting with March. I will be adding Brulian and Jeyton fans along with OTH, Naley, Brucas and Leyton. But along with that i need you guys to nominate who you think deserves it the most and then i will do the picks and i want some new choices that way some new fans win and that their are repeat winners so below is gonna be the list so please nominated who you think is deserving. List to be updated and will change every month.

terra will make picks later when she's on, and then these people will be nominated for the categories they are nominated to :D
it's easier to get a winner through a pick, then it is to count votes on a forum :)

i think if you don't want people to add past winner to the oth fotm pick then you shouldn't have any past winners at all.
i know it's hard to keep the picks going but if everyone has won who is contributing then no one really deserves to win...
