Aww could we have more than 5? I have so many reasons, lol! here are my reasons (Credit:Abs07 for the LP reasons & the naley forum for the Naley reasons)

1.Because luke professed that no matter what happens, Peyton would always be in his heart.
2.Because their love was more than a high school romance. It's endured time, separation and break-ups. Their love is stronger than ever (that's why it's still hard to be around each other - and they were humble enough to admit it in the s5 finale).
3.Because all peyton had to do was be herself (in her words; in her art; in her actions), and that helped luke pursue his dream of playing basketball outside the rivercourt. Despite Luke's HCM, he may have never gotten as far as he did if he never met Peyton.

Lied about the "book" he lent Glenda; then told Peyton he was actually the writing the book in the next scene they had together. and peyton knew he lied before he confessed, but she let him come to her cause she trusted he would - amazing!).
