2.01 - The Desperate Kingdom Of Love
*When Haley has a flashback of Nathan asking her to marry him, you can hear her say, "Well maybe so," yet her mouth doesn't move.
*The cardboard box that Keith is writing on changes as he writes Nathan's name. There is a bigger gap to write in at the bottom and the crease/fold is in a different spot in the word refrigerator.
*Flashbacks of Nathan & Haley's wedding are shown to be in the day, when we know they got married in the evening.

2.02 - Truth Doesn't Make A Noise
*Keith goes to Karen's house to drop off Lucas' iPod saying he left it in his car, on the way home from Charleston. However, at the start of the episode, Lucas is at the river court, listening to his iPod.

2.05 - I Will Dare
*When Anna gives Lucas half of the photo booth pictures he gets the one of them talking and the one of them kissing. Later on we see Anna in her room she is looking at the same two pictures but Lucas is supposed to have them.

2.08 - Truth, Bitter Truth
*When waking up next to Karen, in one shot Andy arm is up and in the next it is by his side.

2.14 - The Quiet Things That No-One Ever Knows
*The placement of baby vomit on Peyton's jacket, changes between shots.
*When Peyton takes the baby from Jake to see how she is feeling, the baby throws up on Peyton's front though her head is turned to the left.

2.15 - Unopened Letter To The World
*As Nathan goes to leave the party he is holding a blue cup, but when he's seen getting in the car, his cup is red.
*While Nathan is driving from the party with Lucas, at one point, he tilts his cup almost completely. Seconds later Nathan throws his cup out hitting the police car and splashing far too much beer than could have been in the cup.

2.16 - Somewhere A Clock Is Ticking
*Nathan and Whitey are seen buying beer and liquor at a beverage store. In North Carolina, liquor is sold exclusively in government-supervised stores which do not sell beer or wine.
*Emily Chambers' North Carolina driver license has an expiration date of 7/22/2006 and her birthdate is 6/23/1974. In North Carolina a driver license expires on the driver's birthday.

2.19 - I'm Wide Awake, It's Morning
*When Cooper drops some money there are three bills, but when Nathan picks it up there are only two.
