1.01 - Pilot
*At 15:02 & 27:34, on the left hand side of the screen, when Lucas and Peyton talk for the first time, a crew members arm and leg are visible.
*At 28:57, when Lucas is walking back to the tow truck, on the road, at the right hand side of the screen, equipment is visible.

1.03 - Are You True?
*At the end of the basketball game, at the start of the episode, they show the back of Jake Jagielski. However, the name on his shirt is spelt wrong. (Jaglieski)
*When Brooke is changing clothes in the back of Lucas' SUV, she drapes a leopard skin bra over his shoulder. When Whitey walks past, she quickly snatches the bra off of Lucas' shoulder, however, the bra remains on his shoulder.
*When Lucas is in the shower, you can see his tattoo, which they have tried to cover up.

1.06 - Every Night Is Another Story
*When Brooke, Haley & Peyton are driving in the car, Brooke throws her pom-poms out the driver's side window, but when the camera cuts to outide the car, it shows them going out of the passenger's side window. When the camera cuts back to inside the car,it looks as if Brooke has just thrown them out of the driver's side window.

1.09 - With Arms Outstretched
*When Lucas shows Keith his tattoo, his sleeve goes from rolled up to rolled down,between shots.

1.10 - You Gotta Go There To Come Back
*When Dan goes into Whitey's office, to confront him about cancelling practice, the clock behind Dan, doesn't move at all during this scene. It's stuck at 5:26 and 35 seconds.

1.13 - Hanging By A Moment
*Lucas is stated as a minor, but in the very last scene with the heart moniter they have him listed as an adult.

1.14 - I Shall Believe
*In the scene when Dan is talking to Deb's lawyer at the car dealership, there is a yellow mustang in the background, however, in other episodes Dan's dealership is shown to be a GM dealership, but Mustangs are made by Ford.

1.16 - The First Cut Is The Deepest
*At 33:04, while the camera is on Deb, if you look at the top left hand corner of the door frame, you can see there is no ceiling when the wall ends.

1.20 - What Is And What Should Never Be
*When Haley drops of the groceries and is talking to Nathan, her lipstick noticeably becomes thicker and thinner between shots.

1.22 - The Games That Play Us
*When Brooke says, "It's going to be a long road trip to Seattle," her lips are not moving.
*Lucas' hair length ranges from short to long, throughout the episode.
*When Haley tells Lucas that her and Nathan had got married last night,but all flashbacks and scenes show their wedding during the day.
*When the Ravens are in a huddle at the start of the basketball game, Lucas says, 'Let's win this one for Whitey,' and Nathan is stood next to him/behind him. But in the previous shot, which is bird's eye view, Nathan is stood next to Dan, which is not beside Lucas.
*When Haley and Nathan are about to sleep together, Haley takes off her top shirt and throws it to the side and then the camera goes to Nathan and then back to Haley and it shows her throwing the shirt to the side again. Then the camera goes back to Nathan again and then back to Haley who throws the shirt aside again.
*After the basketball game, Haley meets Nathan in his Mustang. This is the same mustang he sold in a previous episode.
