Nathan and Haley are the ONLY couple in One Tree Hill that are together since season 1. If anyone watches the show since its first season, they know how special Naley love is and how much they love each other.
He forgave her even when she abandoned him to go to the tour.
She forgave him even when he was 4 months not speaking to her and Jamie.
Nathan loves Haley enough to NEVER cheat on her. If he was that kind of guy, he would have done it with Taylor, Rachel and Carrie. And you know that, in the "moment of truth", he refused to cheat on Haley and he didn't. He didn't do it even when she left him and he was angry with her. So, do you really think he would do it after 7 years of marriage and a son?
Plus, Mark Schwann knows that there are tons of Naley lovers. He's smart enough to know and realize that breaking up Naley, after vanish with Peyton and Lucas, would be suicide.
Relax, Nathan did NOT cheat on Haley. He's Nathan Scott. Haley is his dream.

Yes he did! Or at least I very highly think so since Renee claims they were both wasted! Remember when Brooke slept with Nathan when it was Nayton? (nathan and peyton?) they were both kind of drunk, and nathan was sort of mad at Peyton (if I remember correctly)! Well I think that "history-has-repeated-itself" but just 10x harder! HAHA! I do hope Hayley can forgive Nate, and get back together but u never know what can happen from the mind of Mark Schwahn!

Well considering this is a TV show and its had its fair share of drama, I wouldn't be surprised if he did. Think logically for a second. Why would the writers add this woman claiming to be carrying around Nathan's child, when all Naley fans would instantly know it was false? Where's the suspense in that? Did it ever occur to you that maybe she drugged him that night? I mean she took pictures with him so she was obviously setting him up for something. Maybe nothing happened, but use your imagination. We all know Nathan would NEVER cheat on her intentionally, but if he was drugged or something... :D

He married her at 16 only couple months after dating her because he knew that she was the one and only one he wanted to be and the last one he wanted to be with. Plus he's rich, hot, charming, caring, sweet and takes care of his family and not that many people have someone like that. Haley cheated on Nathan but Nathan forgave her for it because he couldn't picture his life without her, it hurt to much to be without her.
