One Tree Hill Question

I'm not overly active on fanpop, but i do rate people's content, i've rated quite a lot. However, recently i was rating videos, and some of them said 'rated by 0 fans' even after i'd rated them, while some added on my rating. What does this mean?

I tried many times to rate but it just wouldn't work!

Yeah that happened to me. I tried to rate some of my friend's stuff but even after I'd rate it, it would still be rated by 0 fans. And when she was gonna rate mine she said the very same thing happened to her.

That happened to me to. I can't rate one of my friends stuff because it always says like that :S
