The drive to the party was about 10 minutes on winding dirt roads. We parked our car and walked to the tent in which the party was held. There was a DJ and about 100 guests. I knew everyone except for a couple of people from my teacher's family. There was a buffet set up, a pool, and a dance floor. No one was dancing though and the party was extremely boring.
