~ After the concert ~
Niall ‘s P . O . V
I wanted to meet that girl I bumped into before the concert started . She was kind of cute and she seemed shy as well . Then I saw the two girls walking towards me and the band . One of them looked familiar . It was the girl I bumped into . I then saw the backstage passes hanging from their necks . Finally I would actually have a real conversation , and get to know her . I did not even know her name .
“ Hi . “ I said while walking towards them with a smile
“ Heey . “ they both replied
“ Im Niall , and this is Zayn , Harry , Liam , and Louis . “
“ Im Stephanie and this is my friend Violet . “
Stephanie , was her name . She had a pretty smile and seemed kind . Her friend was nice and sort of quiet .

I could not believe this . It was like a dream . Violet and I meeting One Direction . Without Violet none of this would happen , I would just have a normal birthday . Im so grateful for her . She is a gift from God , a little angel .
“ Thank you for giving me the best birthday ever . “ I whispered it in Violet ‘s ears
“ You ‘ re welcome . “ said Violet
Then it was time for us to go , it was about 11 ; 45 p . m . I was sort of sad because it went by so fast . We said our good – byes and Violet and I were on our way home . As we were walking to the car , I felt someone pull my arm . I turned around and saw that it was Niall .
“ Heeyy , umm , can I call you sometime . “ he said
“ I would love that . “ I said
We exchanged numbers and said goodbye once again , but this time before he left , something happened . Niall gave me a soft kiss on the cheek . I hid my excitement , smile at him , and just went in the car. I told Violet what happened . She thinks he has a small crush on me , like puppy love . This day cant get any better . The best day of my life …..

The teenage boyband came third on the 2010 run of the ITV reality TV show and unlike Cher Lloyd who advised the new batch of hopefuls to ‘run away’ and hide, the boys claim that all the wannabes need to do, is just be themselves.
Speaking to ITV.com, Harry Styles said contestants shouldn’t be ‘phoney,’ explaining:
Don’t be phoney! Be yourself and don’t pretend be something you’re not. The public will see right through it.
Louis Tomlinson added:
Switch your songs up and don’t be afraid to go out of your comfort zone. And dress to impress. STANDARD!
Niall Horan thinks the singers just need to relax and enjoy the show, saying:
Make sure you relax and enjoy it – don’t let nerves kill all the fun. And don’t be a diva – be nice to everyone who helps you as it’s highly likely you’ll meet them again further down the line.

While Liam added, "I think we've found the perfect song, so hopefully it all goes well and everybody loves it."
