There are pictures of them holding hands, yes, but it's for publicity. Both have come out with recent albums, and a 'relationship' in the news is sure to bring more attention to them.

More then once, Harry has gone to Taylor's hotel and snuck out shortly after, only to sneak back in the morning. Why? So the paparazzi could get pictures of him 'leaving' the hotel after 'staying' for the night.

Also, I have heard that there is one occasion where Taylor grabbed Harry's hand right when the paparazzi showed up, only for Harry to drop he hand shortly after the pictures were taken.

Believe what you want, but I think this is bullshit.

If you listen closely at :27, just after that comment, he mumbles "If that, even." This suggests that they're not even friends.

An interview was carried out by Extra! with Mario Lopez who was the first to speculate the 2 being a couple because he is the host of X Factor US and Harry was caught backstage when Taylor performed the week after 1D was at the X Factor US. Anyways, the interview as the boys if any of them were dating and only Louis (with the lovely Eleanor Calder) and Zayn (with the stunning, Little Mix's Perrie Edwards)

about the 2 of them and if you watch the video, you see mostly Louis and the rest of 1D teasing harry and hinting about the alleged romance. but then again, if you know 1D well enough, they are always teasing one another about such things so it could be that Harry or Taylor like one another but aren't actually dating yet.

Okay. Don't hate on me..or i swear...I think it's just a publicity stunt. The pictures of Harry and Taylor together...don't look real. An interviewer asked Louis if he was happy that "Haylor" was together..and he said "I'm happy they're good friends" Then Harry confirmed on a radio station that he's single. Okay,so this is confusing crap,right? But whatever. "A source" told a certain magazine/website that they saw Taylor grab Harry's hand as soon as the papparazzi showed up,but as soon as the papparazzi left,Harry dropped her hand. 1D's album just came out...so did Taylor's...what a coincidence. They're probably just doing it so that BOTH their albums are sponsored basically. And Taylor kissed Harry since she knew that papparazzi were around and that they were being filmed. I would like to say it's real. But it's a publicity stunt for sure.

Yes. Harry confirmed on the radio yesterday that he was single. And the guy said "well what about the pic of you two holding hands?" And Harry said "Trust me. It's not what it looks like. It was her idea, not mine." and People that know Taylor have said "Taylor's delusional. Harry and Taylor are not dating, even though she thinks they are." And Harry's friends have said "they're not dating, and she's talking about kids, and a wedding. She's delusional."
