Why does Liam Payne have a great fear of spoons?

I don't understand...but spoons are not that scary to me. How come Liam Payne is afraid of spoons? Is there any bad memories Liam Payne have about spoons?

when he is still 6 or 7 he is peting a turtle and when he's 8 he's father gave him he's own turtle so he will not be borrowing he's cousin's turtle and when his 10 his turtle got choked by the spoon and he thought when he use a spoon
