Could take him AGES to respond. Unfortunately, since it was revealed that people could message the F4 about banner/icon changes, they get bombarded with them. It took me months to get the Hugh Laurie spot icon changed. You can't blame them though, it must be a hell of a job. They really need to make some changes, like allowing spot 'creatorship' to be switched to someone else when a spot creator is no longer active or is ignoring the spot.

I don't blame them at all, I just feel like an annoying person now T_T Like all the other 12 year olds: CAN u PLZ change te blahhblah spot ion!!!!1
