I think that some of them have overcome it. Well... not overcome it but they have moved on. I think Norway was very brave to show the world that a terrorist couldn't stop them. Even though they were terrified by it they stood together and I think that's very important. They will always remember the 22nd of July 2011 and honour the victims but they've shown that you must go on.
