I cried a lot. It was soooo sad. I know i'm a big cry baby but that's just me.=)

when Edward left I was just beyond tears...I fully stopped reading the book and just sat there

I cried a little in the beginning and when I heard Edward was going to kill himself.

Now, i am not an emotional person AT ALL. I picked up New Moon after my english exam. When i got to the chapter when edward leaves i randomly started sobbing in the middle of the classroom. everyone looked at me and it was SO embarassing. however, it's quite a funny story to tell.

HAHAH! OH! Yeah i was reading some parts in New Moon in school and I was about to cry but i didn't I held them back for that exact reason!!!=)

I cried when Edward left,
and when Bella was trying to get hurt just so she could hear Edward's voice,
and when Edward was going to kill himself,
and then when I recounted the entire book to my mom.

OMG yes. i cried so hard i couldn't read, and then i started crying more because i couldn't read the letters in the book because all my tears were consuming my vision.. then i got like 5 tears on the pages and it wrinkled the pages when it dried. man that section were Edward left had me bawling like a baby.

i was really sad when edward left 2. geez i almost cried and then at the volteri i cried when edward stood under the clock tower and was goin 2 commit =(

I was sad when Edward left, but not tearing nor Crying. I was tearing when Jacob couldn't see Bella any more, that was so sad!

i bawled my eyes out over this book!!! i almost had a heart attack when alice saw edwards desion.OMG!

i had to put the book down for a few minutes at the beginning because i couldn't see through my tears. when alice saw edward's decision my heart stopped. then i was screaming out loud for bella to run faster when she was about to stop him. it was insanity.

YES!!!! especially the part when Edward left and then after that chapter, the next chapter were pages of the months bella was grieving over edward... made my heart pump so hard, my eyes began to sore, my vision became blurry because i was unaware that water was covering my eyes around gour o'clock in the morning. the book made me feel bella's pain. even if i never had a boyfriend and never was in a relationship, i felt so sad as i cried. Stephenie Meyer is amazing. because she made the readers feel the same pain that the character felt. there is a bond between the reader and the book which is proof that the book was amazingly written.

Wow! I totally understand! I thought it was just me who felt that bond but i guess it isn't!!!=)

I cried Twice... When Edward left Bella n when Edward went to the Volturi to suicide...

Shame on you Edward for leaving Bella.

HAHAH! I agree but at the same time it's cool that she got to spend lots of time with Jacob!=)

I was trying to hold the tears back when I was reading the part when Edward left. But I couldnt help myself. If in the movie they do it exactly the way it was in the book I'm going to cry for sure. One because it would be like reading the book but with pictures and you're not reading so your seeing. Two because I love Edward and it would be an emotional part! My friend had it worst that me. When she was telling me about reading the part that Edward left. She told me that she was crying when he left and then she cried again when she saw the months go past.

OMG! YEAH! That part was sooo sad when the months went past i was like... AWWW *cry* *sniff* *cry* HAHA!=)

I didn't cry, but I did get sad.

i meant to cry, i could totally see it coming and the NO TEARS but the feeling was there :P

I didn't cry it was really sad though .. the worst part was when Bella was running to stop Edward from walking into the sun .. it just seemed like she couldn't go fast enough.

It was unbelievable sad and yea i admit that i thought i would cry but i didn't. it seems i'm more tough than i expected me to be!!!

i sobbed for two hours straight after reading "the end" then it took me two days till i could start reading again. then i carried on crying until edward came back.

I cried when Edward left Bella and also when she saw him again. But there was other parts where i had tears in my eyes.

awwww thank god im not the only one i swear i was booing my eyes out uncontrollably when he left but i was so furious with hime, how could he do that to her! then when the monhs when passed and i saw her grieving i cried again then i got so so angry at bella and jacob having there wee thing and i cried because edward wasnt there to stop it and then everytime she heard his voice and when she was running to save him i was like run bella run and i actually thought for a second she wasnt going to make it
thank god she did! see in the other book when shes dieing because of the baby i cried too
the whole bloddy series made me weep more than i have ever done before!

yes yes yes evrytime bella cried i did i cried the most when edward left in like sadness but when he came back i cried in joy it was awsome

Hah, it's a good thing that I didn't read it at school the first time! I got a little teary-eyed, and I'm not that emotional.. I've never really cried at a book. But then I just got mad.. I had bought Eclipse at the same time so I knew he was coming back. I spent the whole middle(which wasn't a long time.. like 3 hours) mad at Edward and thinking 'just be a fucking man and come crawling back here!'

I BAWLED MY EYES OUT!!!! IT WAS SOOOOO SAD!!! =(

Yeah I did even after I had already read it for a few times. It was the first book that I'd bought for my collection and it was so sad especially when he left her and told her that he didn't want her anymore. It felt like he stabbed her in the heart with a knife and I felt her pain. I was soooooooo mad at him but after he confess to Bella his reason for leaving because he wanted to keep her safe, I totally understood. Edward had a good reason but he should have thought of the concequences. But i still love him!!!

I so did and i still am.

cry?CRY! i couldn't breath properly, i couldn't talk. Untill he came back i was depressed! I still cry when i read it, not very healthy.

I don't cry much and this made some tears roll down my cheeks.

i was not sad when edward left...i was happy when bella and jacob were hanging out cuz it was happy and i totall love jacob....then i was sad when they couldnt hang out anymore....i didnt cry tho....almost
