It would first start out when Skull Flare was going to find Felix Steel, Chax's 5th Crime Head, so he can interrogate him so he can know where Chax is then he can kill him. When he found him he was trying to rape an innocent girl but he was soon killed by Serena. Skull Flare asked who are you and she replied, if you want to know who I am then come catch me first. She wanted to see how Skull Flare would react and unknowingly that he managed to speed up and catch up to her. He asked her nicely but since she caught her she told him everything. About two hours later when Serena's tale was finished, Skull Flare said he was sorry to hear of what happened to her, the reason why she killed Felix is because he has raped and murdered four young women in the past 2 weeks so she tried to find out who Felix was working for. Skull Flare replied by saying that he works for Chax Ferris, the man who killed him. Serena felt surprised to know that he is dead but he unexpectedly came back to life only to fuel his rage towards his killer. When the cops were starting to arrive, both Skull Flare and Serena each left separately to confuse the police since they're after the both of them for murder and because Chax paid most of the cops to kill them both. Skull Flare managed to lose them but Serena was surrounded by the police, she was going to be either killed or arrested but Skull Flare managed to save her and knocked out four of the officers. Once they got away Serena got shot, so Skull Flare brought her the one person that could help, his best friend Carter who is also an Owner of a Bar and has some medical training to help seal up her wound. When he arrived at The Devil’s Pub (Carter’s Bar), Carter wasn’t surprised to see his best friend who got shot in the arm but was surprised to see that he brought a beautiful woman who is bleeding out, so with no questions he did what he can to seal up the wound. Afterwards while she is still recuperating and regaining some loss blood, Carter asked him why he brought her over. He told him the reason and the whole story so Carter understands why what he did. A few hours later Serena has fully woken up so Skull Flare decided to se how she is doing. When Serena woke up the first person she saw was Skull Flare, then she asked him why did he save her, and Skull Flare said that he can't lose someone else who shares his pain, mainly since the cops that were after them work for Chax so anyone that has a connection with Skull Flare is ordered to shoot to kill. Serena felt flattered for what he did and asked if she would come along with him to help kill Chax and his men since one of his men was responsible for selling her to Sexual Slavery. After 3 Weeks, Serena and Skull Flare are both starting to have feelings for each other while killing Chax's men. Afterwards they both fell in love.
