NCIS Question

When Abby is stressed she huggs a F**ting Hippo. Is there a real(f**ting Hippo) toy or is it just a cuddly toy with a sound affect? I hope it's real as I would love to get one for my girlfriend

Someone might be making fake hippo's but Pauley has admitted in a question and answer segment online in an interview that Bert is a puppet and the sound guys make the sound affect when she squeezes him.

Doug Reilly, who makes props for NCIS, (link) has said tweeted last year that Bert had an opening put in under his head so he could funtion as a puppet. It would seem, however, that although there is a large demand for a Bert product, there is not currently one on the market.
