Naruto Question

When you first started watching Naruto, what was your reaction? What did you think of it?

Did you fall in love with the show straight away, or did it grow on you over time?

When I watched the first few episodes, my thoughts were along the lines of 'Meh, it's okay, it's got potential... It'a not as good as ATLA, though.'. How wrong I was. I think it was the chunin exams that got me hooked... such an awesome arc!
