Can someone draw my Naruto OC?

I would love it if someone could draw my oc! I couldn't pay you anything but I'd be more than willing to repay you in another sense. I'm quite a capable writer, not that I'm blowing my own trumpet, so I could do something in that respect? Just an idea?
