Naruto Shippuuden Question

Am I the only one who think Senju Hashirama is stronger than Sarutobi Hiruzen, the apparent "God of Shinobi"?

Seriously. I don't get why that old man is considered so amazing. Sure, he was Hokage, he lived a long time, and all that, but to say he surpassed the First seems....unreasonable.

My reasoning: Senju Hashirama > Uchiha Madara + Kyuubi > Kyuubi > Sarutobi Hiruzan, who, apparently, is better than Hashirama.

Your thoughts?

Trust me, you're not the only one. Hashirama had the ability to heal himself on the spot yet orochimaru was able to kill sarutobi. I don't think you could even begin to compare the two. The first, second and fourth hokage were the greatest in my opinion.

I'm glad someone agrees with me. I know the Third was strong, but I always thought he was overrated in the sense of abilities.

He definitely was overrated in my opinion as well. I mean, yes he could do many amazing things but just not at the same level as the other Hokages. That's all. But, he did try. He did what he thought to be right at the time but also overestimated his own abilities towards the end. Maybe if he was a bit younger during his fight with orochimaru then he might have had more success bit sadly, this wasn't the case.
